The UC Healthcare Consultancy team is composed of high-calibre consultants with firsthand NHS experience. We study problems, develop solutions to resolve them, and implement strategies using clearly-defined action plans. We speak your language – our consultants are trained in Prince2, Lean, and other systems. We also have experience working with diverse populations and have extensive market knowledge.
